NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the client to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 01/05/26Please read below! By commissioning me and purchasing my art, you are agreeing to the following terms:GENERAL
1. Payment will only be accepted via Paypal invoice, Ko-Fi, or VGen in USD.
2. Commissions must be paid in full either upfront or within 24hrs of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
3. For first time clients, I will also allow for partial payments to be made if preferred (i.e. half upfront, and half after sketch approval).
4. PLEASE HAVE CLEAR REFERENCES - I will not work off of 3D models or shaded refs unless the character's markings are clearly defined and the client has hex codes available for base colors!
5. I will NOT refund completed commissions, however I will appropriately refund any commission that I for any reason cannot complete.
6. Refunds are broken down as follows: 100% IF the piece has not been started, or 50% IF the piece is in progress. There are no exceptions to this rule.
7. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, with or without explanation.PRODUCT DELIVERY
8. The final PNG file will be delivered digitally via email, or via Trello link if email is unavailable.
9. For physical pieces that must be shipped, the client is responsible for any postage fees and I am not liable for any lost/stolen/damaged mail after it leaves my hands.
10. Please be sure to store your finished art properly, whether digital or physical! Even in the case of digital pieces, I cannot always guarantee that I will have access to the original files.MY PROCESS/REVISIONS
11. I provide updates at the critical stages: rough sketch, clean sketch, and flat colours before moving onto the final rendering. Additional updates can be provided upon request, please do not be afraid to ask!
12. I will NOT make revisions to a completed commission that has been approved by the client - please be sure to request changes beforehand!
13. Please be mindful of the impact excessive revisions may have - I do not have a hard limit on how much I will revise a piece, but please DO note that it will impact my workflow and can result in delays.
14. Standard turnaround time for large commissions is about 3-4wks, and about 2wks for smaller pieces. I work fulltime outside of art, so unexpected delays may come up and in those cases I will always communicate them to the client! Though, please be mindful of my schedule when considering me for your commission!ART PERMISSIONS
15. WIPs are not to be shared publicly on any forum without explicit permission beforehand and providing credit!
16. Completed commissions are strictly intended for the clients personal usage, unless otherwise specified. As the artist, I retain full rights to the art itself.
17. If desired, clients are more than welcome to print their commissioned artwork onto merchandise (t-shirts, mousepads, posters etc) so long as it is still strictly PERSONAL use.
18. The final work may be reposted to social media accounts as long as credit is given (tags are not necessary, just make sure my username is in the description somewhere!).
19. I do not allow for my work under any circumstances to be directly or indirectly linked/used in AI or NFT/cryptocurrencies.Failure to adhere to the guidelines above may result in a cancellation of your commission, or in extreme cases you may be blacklisted from future openings.
